As a Mental Performance Coach, I specialize in helping athletes and high performers develop the mental skills and psychological tools needed to reach their full potential. I create customized mental performance plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies such as mental imagery, cognitive reframing, goal setting, progressive muscle relaxation, and competition planning. Whether it's managing pressure, bouncing back from setbacks, or building confidence, I support clients in aligning their mind and body to perform at their best. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer team workshops and sessions for coaches focused on athlete development, psychoeducation, and motivational techniques to enhance team culture and performance. My approach also emphasizes building resilience and strengthening identity beyond sport, supporting athletes in their growth both on and off the field.
