Meet Kelsey

Kelsey is a keynote speaker, mental performance consultant, founder of Life Beyond Labels, and former Division I athlete from NC State. In 2023, she delivered a viral commencement speech that reached over 70 million views across 27+ countries, amplifying her message on identity, resilience, and redefining success beyond labels. 

She holds a Master's degree in Social Work, is actively pursuing her Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) credential, and her work has been published in two international mental health journals. Kelsey has delivered keynote presentations and workshops for businesses, leadership conferences, schools, and nonprofits, and has served on panels with professional MLB and NFL athletes, executives, and organizational leaders across multiple industries. 

Kelsey blends her lived experience of overcoming career-altering head injuries with evidence-based practice to share the mindset shift that reshaped her life and work.
