Book Discovery CallAs I am pursuing my CMPC, I am currently accepting clients for mental performance coaching. This does not replace mental health therapy.
One-on-One: Athletes
My mission is to help athletes unlock their full potential through mental performance.
Teams
Helping teams build resilience, cohesion, and a high-performance mindset through mental performance training and leadership development.
Coaches/Parents/Caregivers
Supporting an athlete through challenges can be a challenge, and I’m here to guide parents, caregivers, and coaches through that journey. Our adults need support too! However, to maintain a safe and confidential space for athletes, I do not meet with a parent or coach if I am also working with their respective athletes.
